My family and I have just moved to the area, and are extremely interested in buying a condo at Riverside Boulevard, which I believe is also known as Trump Place. We have known some friends who have lived in the area for years, specifically one at 200 Riverside and another at the 220 Riverside building.
We have seen both of their places, and have fallen in love in a huge way. The area is nice, and upscale, but the people are still incredibly friendly and helpful. It seems to be an excellent place for our kids to grow up and is within a short distance of some great schools too. All of the comforts that we are used to from where we’re from, are accessible, plus so much more. I am wondering if I could find a Realtor that specialized in this area or works with the sales department in the buildings specifically, or if I will have to do the ground work on my own. My friend told me about BLU Realty Group and their professional real estate brokers, so I am looking forward to working with them rather than doing everything on my own.
