Exercise, along with a good diet, is the most effective way how to get rid of a double chin. Cardiovascular exercises will be the most effective, as they are predominately there to burn calories. Coupled with smart eating, these exercises will help break down and eliminate the fat that gathers underneath the surface of our bodies. Exercises such as jogging and dancing are great ways to get cardio, and, when it comes to dancing, it can be done at home and still provide a great workout. While cardio exercises do the majority of the work, it is important to also work on muscle building, as this also increases blood flow and supplements exercises like running or biking. Muscle mass requires more calories to function, and, in turn, improves one’s metabolism, helping to prevent future calories from sticking in places where they are not wanted. Overall, sensible exercise is the most effective way to eliminate a double chin.
